Another year older – today’s my birthday! Hooray!

I updated my VW Passat feature story with details on the latest scheduled maintenance.

With my 27^th birthday around the corner, I’ve taken a look at my flabby gut and decided to start running again. I was a very avid runner throughout high school, but stopped almost entirely in college. Well it’s discipline time – I’m going to register for the Army Ten Miler. Go time is October 24^th, 2004.

In today’s news, Tower Records files for bankruptcy, citing among other things, “digital downloading and file copying.” Right. Here’s an idea retailers need to get used to: it is not okay to charge $14 for a new CD release. This is 2004, not 1988. Goodbye, Tower Records, and good riddance.
