I’m not big into Starbucks. I just like black coffee, and theirs is really, really gross. But every winter, I’m like a rat on crack with their seasonal-only Gingerbread Latte – and they just released it yesterday. I can’t get enough of it. I came across two great websites today for us crazy running people: Gmaps Pedometer and MapMyRun.com – both are based on Google Maps/Earth. Gmaps tracks mile intervals, lets you save an entire map in a permalink, export to a GPS, or print out a route. With MapMyRun you can save routes (with a registration/login), import routes from a GPS, and calculate pace, speed, and calories burned.
