A word of caution for all of my fellow lead-foot …

A word of caution for all of my fellow lead-foot Virginia drivers: as of July 1st the state will be enforcing new laws in an effort to help fund major road projects. So now instead of paying a few hundred for that 80mph in a school zone, you’ll be paying a few thousand. The points on your license will start affecting what you pay differently, as well.

Thanks to our friends Pam and George for a fun Saturday evening at the Nissan Pavilion to see Rush in concert! Those guys have been playing since the 70s, but they can still put on one heck of a show. They went for about three hours total, with one break in the middle. Nissan is a pretty good venue, too – covered seating with a large lawn area for general admission.
